Are Democrats Dumber than Dolphins?

How should California make up the projected 28 billion dollar shortfall projected over the next 20 months?

In an all out assault against the working poor, the struggling families, and the common decency of the citizens of America this week Nancy Pelosi gave the order for Democrats to stab the American voter in the back. Her orders were carried out. Thus Congressional Democrats proved a naked willingness to injure America in a play for power, or alternately proving unsurpassed stupidity.

In either case they were also shown up by a cute squiggly girl named Kelly - a dolphin.

Off the gulf coast at the Marine Mammals Studies Institute in Mississippi, Kelly has made quite a name for herself. Some time back the trainers at the Institute began programming the dolphins to help keep their own pool and living areas clean by training them to remove debris, paper, and other items of trash from the pool. And just like our parents used to do if we kept our rooms clean, they got a reward - a tasty fresh fish.

But Kelly took it one step further. Something in Kelly's brain told her that there were limited amounts of fish in the pool she lived in, she wasn't sure how long she would be there, but she knew that the currency of those pieces of paper represented a meal each time she found one.

As a result during the week Kelly would find papers stuck in this corner of the pool or this piece of plastic and went so far as to organize a place to store them under her favorite rock. She knew then that if she used only what she needed that she could plan for the future, and with some restraint have a supply of meals that would last far into the future.

In other words this dolphin, sensed the conditions of her circumstances, basically figured out a way to understand the principle of currency, began to save and then budget so that she could rely on herself thus her circumstances would be insured or improved over time.

"So simple a dolphin can do it?"

Given that we are told how smart elected politicians are, and how we must trust them to spend our money more wisely on our behalf than we would - one has to wonder if Kelly can figure such things out why can't Pelosi's posse of thugs in the House of Representatives!

This week while Kelly was busy being a good conservative, Pelosi's iron fist was shutting down the opportunity to do the very same thing - for humans.

Given the fact that liberals in Washington continue to whine and complain about the degree of groveling we as a nation are doing with middle eastern suppliers of energy - you'd think they'd be the very first people supporting, even advocating for, the chance for us to find our own supplies of energy. Given the fact that we need to think of the future and what we have ahead of us - you'd think that energy exploration would be responsible use of elected officials time and attention. And given the fact that Americans are paying nearly $5 a gallon for gas - almost exclusively due to the fact that environmental extremists have waged war against the American people - you'd believe that elected officials have a responsibility to help correct the record and ease the pain of the average family.

That's why it's so astounding that on a party-line vote of 9-6 a subcommittee voted against even letting a bill go to the full floor of the House that would have allowed us to go access energy sources that are 200 miles of our shores but that could supply us close to 90 billion barrels of oil, and over 432 trillion cubic feet of natural gas - that we already own. That amount of oil would equal the total amount of oil we have produced as a nation as a whole since 1970. Continued...

Subject: Nuclear Cars
Did you know that in the 70's along with the first hydrogen car, UCLA school of engineering built the first successful nuclear car. It was an amazing feat. The amount of fuel was miniscule and entirely encapsulated so safe for living things. Since the 'fuel' lasted over 125 years, I think it would be pretty economical as well. And zero pollution. Less harmful than the current petroleum based fuels as well. The principle was a steam driven turbine with a flywheel to store and distribute the energy. If this technology was adopted in the 20th century, we would not have an'oil crisis' in the 21st.
That's a fact Jack.

Dumb like a rabid fox..

Of course, the Demorats in power could not get away with their incremental dismantling & destruction of the USA without a whole lot of Gullible Fools to vote them into office.. often keeping those Degenerate, senile Old Coots there, for decades, etc..

In the last few decades.."Stupid", among other negative adjectives, seems to have taken on a life of its own..
