Gun Ownership
Where does it say in the Second Ammendant that gun ownership only means you can have a gun at home at home? Non restricted ownership means you can have a firearm at home, in the car, on your person etc.
There are places where common scense whould need to step in but only having a firearm at home still leaves you unprotected.
